De Britse rapper en songwriter Oakley Neil HT Caesar-Su is beter bekend onder zijn artiestennaam Central Cee.

Toen hij in 2015 deelnam aan de Ain’t On Nuttin Remix, samen met onder andere J. Hus en Bonkaz, gebruikte hij voor het eerst de artiestennaam Central Cee. In hetzelfde jaar bracht hij het nummer StreetHeat Freestyle uit. In 2017 verscheen de ep 17.

In 2020 kreeg hij zijn eerste succes met de singles Day In The Life en Loading. Een jaar later bracht hij zijn eerste mixtape uit genaamd Wild West. De mixtape kwam binnen op nummer twee in de UK Albums Chart. In februari 2022 verscheen zijn tweede mixtape genaamd 23. Al eerder werden de singles Obsessed With You, Retail Therapy en Cold Shoulder uitgebracht. Met al deze singles wist hij in zijn thuisland de hitlijsten te halen.In de zomer van 2022 bracht hij de single Doja uit. Op de valreep van 2022 brengt hij de single Let Go uit. In juni 2023 levert zijn samenwerking met Dave de single Sprinter op.
