De Britse dj en producer Chris Lake kent zijn eerste verdiensten met zijn productie van Laura V, Changes. De single bereikt in 2006 de top 30 van de Britse hitlijst. Na verscheidene tracks valt Lake opnieuw op als hij in 2013 samenwerkt met Steve Aoki en Tujamo op de track Boneless. Nog dat zelfde jaar krijgt zijn track Helium, samen met Jareth, een commerciële release.
In 2014 wordt Boneless alsnog Dance Smash.
