Alphabeat is een Deense popband, bestaande uit Anders SG, Stine Bramsen, Anders B, Rasmus Nagel, Anders Reinholdt en Troels Møller. De band breekt in de zomer van 2007 in eigen land door met Fascination.

Een jaar later is Nederland aan de beurt. Na Fascination (#4) scoort de band in 2008 nog twee hits, gevolgd door What Is Happening, dat in de Tipparade achterblijft. In het voorjaar van 2010 is het weer goed raak met The Spell, dat het tot de 11e plaats weet te schoppen. Na Vacation (Tipparade in de zomer van 2012) wordt het op hitgebied stil rond de groep en gaan de leden hun eigen weg.

Alphabeat sloeg in 2007 een aanbod af van de Spice Girls om in hun voorprogramma te spelen, naar verluidt omdat de leden zichzelf nog niet klaar vonden voor het grote publiek. Wel waren ze eind 2007 te zien in het voorprogramma tijdens een deel van een Europese tour van Mika. Alphabeat trad toen onder meer op in Amsterdam.
